	A Process and Outcome Evaluation of Two Integrated Behavioral Healthcare Models: People's Community Clinic and Lonestar Circle of Care (fall 2009) This report examines process and outcomes of the third year of an integrated behavioral health model of health care at People’s Community Clinic and Lone Star Circle of Care, a model for which St. David’s Foundation helped to fund mental health care to be provided in conjunction with primary care for patients at those clinics.

	Texans Speak Out: How to Improve Immunization Rates (Fall 2008) This report examines the actions taken after the Spring 2007 report, Protecting Central Texas, Child by Child, was published. It reports on the data collected from several town hall meetings and an internet survey on immunization and ways to improve the immunization rate in Texas.

	Lifting Teen Families: Strengthening Programs for Pregnant and Parenting Teens (Spring 2008) This report provides information on the incidence of teen pregnancy in Texas and on various programs in place throughout the state to assist teen parents in coping with their new circumstances, and includes findings and reports from the “Lifting Teen Families” summit hosted by St. David’s Community Health Foundation in October 2007.
	Protecting Central Texas Child by Child: Immunization Information and Public Health (Spring 2007) This report provides information on the history of vaccines, detailed information about vaccine recommendations and resources available in the Travis County area for children and adults. 	Care that Pays for Itself: Reducing the Amount of Uncompensated Care and Improving Health in Central Texas (Spring 2007) This report is a summary of the findings from the Foundation's collaboration with the University of Texas LBJ School of Public Affairs on a policy research project that examined ways to reduce uncompensated hospital care by changing the delivery of health services.
	Creating a Successful School-Based Mobile Dental Program (Winter 2007) This article was published in the Journal of School Health and describes the creation and evolution of the St. David's Dental Program.
	Living Independently: Travis County’s older adults speak on their needs – and the challenges they face (Winter 2006) A report prepared by the Aging Services Council with support from St. David's Community Health Foundation
	Grants in 2005 and Outcomes for Community Partners (Summer 2006) Funding in 2006 and Program Outcomes for Community Partners (Summer 2007) These reports describe the Foundation's grant making in 2006 and 2005. They also summarize the contributions made to the community by the Foundation's partner agencies, including the number and type of services provided and the number of people served.
